The 2ISECAP Project, a 40-month initiative funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program, has concluded with significant success. BPM, as the project coordinator, led this collaborative effort involving 17 partners across 8 countries, all working to advance sustainable energy and climate planning.
The Project effectively developed and implemented a Holistic Energy Planning approach through its Living Lab (LL) concept. A Transnational Living Lab on local Energy Transition has been developed within the project that has already 38 signatories outside the consortium.
The Project conducted extensive dissemination efforts, including 29 national roadshow events across 8 countries. These events engaged over 10,000 participants, ranging from citizens to policymakers and businesses, fostering knowledge exchange and collaborative action on sustainable development.
