Cathy Christidou

Chairwoman & Managing Director

Cathy is the Chairwoman & Managing Director of BPM SA. She specializes in business planning and development, corporate transformation and people development and management.

She has led, managed, implemented, monitored, and evaluated numerous projects and programs for enterprises and organizations in Greece and the EU.

Currently she is the President of the BoD of SESMA (Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms).

She is also the Co-Founder & CEO of Persona GLOBAL Greece, the branded office of Persona GLOBAL Inc. for Greece and Cyprus.

Cathy holds a degree in Operational Research and Marketing and an MBA (Athens University of Economics & Business).

Yiannis Ch. Sarantitis

Partner

Yiannis is the founder of SARMED Logistics and a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of SARMED Warehouses.

He held various managerial positions and was a member of the Board of Directors of companies active in logistics.

He has contributed to the success of business projects as a business angel, investor and manager.

He holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA.

Andreas Souloutzidakis

Andreas is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry.

He is skilled and experienced in negotiations, business planning, operations management, sales and management.

He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in Industrial Engineering (National Technical University of Athens) and a degree in Mathematics (University of Patras).

George Kotronis

Senior Director

George is an Economist. He has participated in numerous consulting projects for the public and private sectors, specializing in strategic planning, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.

He is an expert in quantitative methods of Operational Research and the development of customized software, mainly for financial planning and modelling applications.

George holds a degree in Economics (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens) and an MBA (Athens University of Economics and Business).

Maria Votta

Senior Director

Maria has led, managed, or monitored projects and programs, private, public, or co-financed for enterprises and organizations of the private and public sectors in Greece and the EU.

She has extensive experience in strategic and business planning, organizational restructuring, internal policies and processes, investment and programs evaluations, feasibility studies and project management.

She is a certified facilitator by Persona GLOBAL Inc.

Maria holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Technical University of Patras) and MSc in Technology Management (Stirling University Scotland).

Kelly Mantouvalou

Senior Director

Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies create sustainable development solutions, design and lead change management and transformation programs.

She develops strategic efficiency initiatives and establishes continuous improvement frameworks. In the past she has held senior level positions in banks and consulting firms.

Kelly holds a degree in Economics (American College of Greece – Deree) and an MSc in International Business & Finance (Reading University, UK).

Despoina Ageroti

Despina has successfully participated in projects related to business and investment plans, transformation and people management.

Despina holds a Master of Arts (Hons) in English Literature and Teaching (Anglia Polytechnic University of Cambridge) and a MA degree in Translation (University of Portsmouth).

Vasiliki Kontou

Consultant

Vasiliki has successfully participated in the management, monitoring and implementation of public, private, and European projects for various companies and organizations.

She holds a degree in Political Science & Public Administration (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
