The Case

  • The Company, with a presence in 30+ countries in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia, rapidly expanded and was seeking to further develop its activities and business practices in a more systematic and corporate manner.
  • The Company decided to proceed to a focused strategic repositioning for increased revenues, market share and more efficient organizational structure best fit to its global expansion.

The Solution

  • Review and assessment conducted on the clarity of mission, vision and objectives, as well as the consistency of the business strategy to achieve them.
  • Challenges and opportunities were identified in multidimensional aspects of the Company’s business model such as client segments, product mix, geographic expansion, presence and structure in different countries, channels, forms of cooperation etc.
  • Current (as-is) Operating Model was assessed and a heatmap was developed for the identification of business areas that lack the maturity required to compete in the modern international landscape and of areas that seemed to be the most important to focus our work on.
